A lunch menu inspired by the philosophy
of Slow Food - a concept linking ethics,
pleasure, ecology and gastronomy.
Presenting around 90% of real local food
including outback kangaroo carpaccio,
native pepper berry and lemon myrtle,
Ouyen fresh farmed rabbit, Robinvale
potatoes, Edwards family cauliflower,
locally made Turkish loaf and regionally
grown quinces, currants, root vegetables,
olives and tomatoes.
A slow food lunch with interludes where
guest writers ask each other a question.
